a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All patient appointments commencing\u00a0<span class=\"bold\"><span class=\"underline\">before<\/span>\u00a01:30 p.m.\u00a0<\/span>will be\u00a0<span class=\"bold\">cancelled<\/span>\u00a0automatically and queue cards will not be issued for a.m. session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If either of the Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 (or above), \u201cExtreme Pre-No.8 Special Announcement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All patient treatment should be completed as soon as possible, the clinics should then be closed after clearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Services will be provided to patients who have arrived and are at the clinics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"type-caption\" style=\"color: text-black-2nd\">\n    <p>To promote patient care, the Faculty of Dentistry, The University of Hong Kong (FoD) and The Prince Philip Dental Hospital (PPDH) jointly set up a patient complaint management system which strives to handle patient complaints (including complaints lodged by their guardians and those intending to seek treatment from PPDH) in a fair and impartial manner for both
