
The Hospital offers a 2-year full-time training course leading to the award of Advanced Diploma in Dental Technology for eligible local students in academic year 2026/27. Students can work as dental technicians upon graduation. Dental Technician is a crucial member of the dental team, who is responsible for the production of all removable and fixed dental appliances, such as partial and complete dentures, orthodontic appliances, crowns, bridges and oral maxillofacial prostheses.

* Apart from English Language, the other four subjects could be:
– “Attained” or above in Applied Learning (ApL) subjects [subject to a maximum of two ApL subjects], or
– Grade E or above in other language subjects
^ “Attained” in Citizenship and Social Development is regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at Level 2
# For English Language (Syllabus A) in pre-2007 HKCEE, only Grade C or above will be considered
